
Tea goodness can never be over emphasized. When considering the longest living humans on earth, they are usually the Chinese and Japanese who drink alot of tea, and I mean alot.
I actually learnt tea drinking from my mother-inlaw who always ended her day with a cup of tea. She loves coffee and drinks very black coffee during the day but to my surprise when she stayed at my place, she always prepared herself cup of tea before going to bed. I wondered about it, asked her and she replied, "The antioxidants contained in a tea bag especially the green tea is amazing and flushes out the impurities in one's system. So if I drink coffee during the day and other things I consume, this is my weapon before bed cos I allow it do it's work while i sleep".
After these words of wisdom, I joined her and she started making 2 cups for us before bed. Even after she left, I continued and kept to it not just at night but starting my day with it also. I always buy the green, black and red tea with the green tea known for it's strength in fighting cancer, high cholesterol, tooth decay etc. Other teas like black tea, red tea are also packed with heart healthy goodness like fighting cancer, saving your arteries, fighting viruses and you name it.
It may not be easy drinking tea the first time, but with time you'll get used to it and love drinking it. You might be wondering what's there in drinking tea, but when I say tea drinking; I mean without sugar and milk. It is transforming and you'll feel good cos it aids in weight loss while giving your skin a glow. I prefer Lipton brand when buying my teas cos they manufacture teas with aromas and flavours that are so pleasing to the senses. With this, I buy lots of flavoured tea and drink all feeling like I'm drinking flavoured water.

With fruits like lemon, oranges, peaches, etc you can make a hearty cup of tea and enjoy. Just cut in the fruit or it's peel, and your good to go.
